Went to Anaheim with the ALA conference and my final stint as a Councilor-at-large. I spent time in WV at my new vacation home and also in PA taking care of Mom. I also was able to visit Quebec City for attendance at the IFLA conference. (Have you ever driven up I91 from CT through MA and then VT? What an awesome drive!) The experience of being exposed to the full array of library services available around the world is a real eye-opener. It's back to the office now to get my Academic Multimedia Centers article published and to get the book contract AND tenure landed!
